AWI Management Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 40-unit apartment community in Ku'ulei, HI.

This part-time role (26 hours/week) offers a competitive base pay of $28.00–$29.00 per hour and requires reliable transportation and authorization to work in the United States. The successful candidate will perform general maintenance tasks, respond to work orders promptly, assist with preventative maintenance, and help keep the grounds and systems in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Completing maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Performing general maintenance tasks including painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Assisting with preventative maintenance to ensure building systems remain in good condition.
• Maintaining the grounds and landscaping to support curb appeal.
• Assisting with annual apartment inspections and identifying maintenance needs.
• Coordinating vendors and ordering supplies with the Property Manager.
• Maintaining positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Responding to emergency maintenance situations.
• Following company policies and procedures.
