Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• CDL license and a clean driving record preferred.
• Reliable transportation to work sites.

Responsibilities

• All facets of lock and key replacement/repair, including weather stripping, door and window functioning.
• Interior repairs related to walls and doors.
• Electrical repairs including fixtures, lights, plugs and switches.
• Change AC filters, check coils, cleaning and repair as needed.
• Perform annual unit inspections.
• Ensure turnover of units within 5 days.
