The position supports a finance team with accounts receivable, credit management, accounts payable, and related tasks, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

Key duties include AR and AP processing, audits support, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or accounting preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with accounts receivable, payable, and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accounts receivable including receipts, cash application, invoice posting, collections and credit management.
• Accounts payable including invoice entry, three-way PO matching, and payment processing.
• Assist with internal and external financial and tax audits and documentation compilation.
• Support other accounting duties and assist operations as needed.
