Qualifications

• Some clerical experience; animal-related work preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers including adoptions, reclaim, owner surrenders, and intake of stray animals; handle payments and licenses.
• Provide customer service to walk-in clients and over the phone; assist rescue groups; manage money receipts.
• Maintain a clean reception area and bathroom; assist kennel staff with animal care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
