NOCO Humane is seeking a Client Services Representative to greet visitors, process adoptions, and manage daily shelter operations at the Evans front desk. You will learn shelter policies, handle data entry in the computer system, and assist with intake and returns.

This role includes animal handling and vaccination duties, with weekend shifts and overtime as required. The organization values professional conduct and reliable attendance while supporting dogs, cats, and small mammals in northern

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may carry a wage premium.
• Knowledge of shelter policies and animal handling is beneficial.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access).

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality in-person and telephone client service at the shelter front desk.
• Educate clients on animal guardianship, care, and local ordinances.
• Conduct animal adoption counseling and manage related paperwork.
• Complete adoptions and returns with accurate payments and records.
• Process stray and relinquished animals; enter data and complete paperwork.
• Maintain daily records, checklists, and cleaning routines.
• Perform animal handling and photography; assist with vaccinations when needed.
• Follow professional conduct and maintain punctuality.
