Intermountain Health is seeking an Angio/Interventionalist to support the Imaging service line in Denver, CO. You will perform angiography procedures, scrub and circulate as needed, and help ensure high-quality imaging outcomes.

The role emphasizes licensure maintenance, patient safety, and collaboration with the care team, with a part-time schedule of 30 hours per week and a defined hourly wage range.

Qualifications

• ARRT - American Registry Upon Hire.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support.
• ACLS - within 120 Days.
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced within 120 Days (for pediatric hospitals).
• Relevant State Licensure and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintains up-to-date licensure and certifications required for position.
• Provides procedural assistance as a circulating tech, scrub tech, or monitoring tech.
• Operates IR equipment and information systems to ensure high-quality images.
• Ensures proper patient identification, order verification, and preparation for exam.
• Adheres to radiation safety guidelines and maintains a safe working environment.
• Follows protocol for medical necessity, coding, and consents; reports equipment issues.
• Provides patient education and addresses concerns; documents procedures and any adverse events.
• Coordinates patient care and communicates with other care providers post-procedure.
• Manages sheath and achieves hemostasis at end of procedure.
