Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Angio/Interventionalist to perform angiography, scrubbing, and imaging at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado. You will support the Imaging service line and ensure high-quality patient care in a collaborative team.

The role requires ARRT, BCLS, ACLS within 120 days, and state licensure. Pediatric onboarding may require PALS within 120 days. This is a part-time position with 30 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• ARRT registry required at hire.
• BCLS certification required.
• ACLS certification due within 120 days.
• Valid state licensure and/or related certifications.
• PALS certification within 120 days for pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Maintains up-to-date licensure and certifications required for position.
• Provides procedural assistance as a circulating tech, scrub tech, or monitoring tech.
• Operates IR equipment to ensure quality images.
• Prepares patient identification, order verification, and exam readiness.
• Adheres to radiation safety guidelines and a safe environment.
• Follows protocol for medical necessity, coding, consents, QC, and equipment issues.
• Provides patient education and addresses concerns.
• Keeps accurate records of patient information and procedures.
• Coordinates patient care and communicates with other providers.
• At procedure end, manages sheath hemostasis.
