Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Angio/Interventionalist to support the Imaging service line at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver. The role involves assisting as circulating, scrub, or monitoring tech and ensuring high-quality angiography images while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Qualified candidates will have ARRT, BCLS, ACLS (within 120 days), state licensure, and PALS where applicable. Preference for VIR certification and 1–2 years of interventional experience.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification and state licensure required or eligible.
• BCLS and ACLS within 120 days of hire.
• PALS for pediatric hospitals where applicable.
• Minimum 2 years Angio/Interventional experience preferred.
• VIR certification preferred for VIR work.

Responsibilities

• Provide circulating/scrub/monitoring support per lab policies.
• Operate IR equipment and ensure high-quality images.
• Verify patient ID and prepare for exam.
• Follow radiation safety guidelines for a safe environment.
• Maintain records of procedures, outcomes and any incidents.
• Coordinate patient care with the team after procedures.
• Suture sheath or apply pressure to achieve hemostasis.
