Live Nation Entertainment seeks an Ancillary Sales Manager for Xfinity Center in Mansfield, MA. This part-time, seasonal role focuses on driving revenue through club upgrades, parking, lawn chairs, and other add-ons during shows, primarily evenings, weekends, and holidays from April to November.

You will lead a small team, analyze sales data, and collaborate with venue leadership to optimize pricing and guest experience.

• Lead and develop the Ancillary Sales team; coach for performance.
• Coordinate staffing and operations with venue leadership and box office.
• Manage inventory and day-of-show ancillary sales; ensure reconciliations.
• Handle post-show duties including teardown and waste/recyclables collection.
