Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking energetic individuals for the Landmark Credit Union Live ancillary sales team in Milwaukee. This part-time position focuses on onsite upsells like Terrace Level access, Vinyl Room, seat upgrades, and ticket specials.

The role requires standing, walking, occasional lifting up to 25+ pounds, and availability on weekdays, weekends, and late evenings. A high school diploma and background check are required; independent yet team-oriented work is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgement, tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays, including late evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and assist in answering any questions they may have about the venue.
• Communicate daily specials on future ticket specials, seat upgrades, etc..
• Assist Ancillary Manager in setting up and breaking down signs, tables, etc. as needed.
• Handling money and balancing till at the end of the show.
• Participate in post-show clean up including picking up and sorting trash, recycling and compostable materials.
