Qualifications include at least 1 year of serving experience, knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer, availability for weekends/holidays, unexpired Food Handlers, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of serving experience, preferably in a high-volume or upscale hotel restaurant outlet.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer is required.
• Unexpired Food Handlers certification obtained upon hire.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor; adhere to guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and anticipate needs; respond to inquiries or requests.
• Provide outstanding service following proper steps of service.
• Take food and beverage orders and upsell where possible.
• Send orders using MICROS systems and ensure accurate billing.
• Assist in seating guests and answer phones as needed.
• Coordinate with culinary team on dietary needs and requests.
• Perform station setup and breakdown; maintain glassware cleanliness.
