ADERO Scottsdale Resort is seeking an Outlet Server to deliver warm, knowledgeable service across dining and bar outlets. You will take orders, serve courses and beverages, and anticipate guest needs to help maintain luxury standards.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery and high guest satisfaction. The role requires a friendly demeanor, flexibility for weekends/holidays, and the ability to stand for long periods while handling occasional heavy trays.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification as required by the applicable jurisdiction.
• Ability to serve alcohol responsibly and verify guest age in accordance with applicable law and property policy.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on occupancy.
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, knowledgeable service throughout the meal.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately using the point of sale system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and to established standards.
• Make recommendations and use suggestive selling to enhance the guest experience.
• Verify guest age and serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with law and policy.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of tables, stations, and service areas.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash and cards per policy.
• Communicate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timing and accuracy.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible service standards.
• Support side work, opening, and closing duties.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
