Partners Behavioral Healthcare in Duluth, MN is seeking a part-time Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC/ADC-T) to support our outpatient SUD program. The role emphasizes assessments, individual and group counseling, and DHS 245G compliance, with thorough documentation of services.

Licensed MN LADC/ADC-T is required; 12 hours co-occurring disorders training within 6 months of hire. Collaborate with the SUD team, probation, and referral sources on a Monday–Thursday schedule and a competitive hourly

Qualifications

• LADC/ADC-T licensure in MN required.
• Co-occurring disorders training (12 hours) within 6 months of hire.
• Background study through MN DHS required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans using ASAM Six Dimensions.
• Provide individual and group counseling to address SUD and co-occurring issues.
• Maintain complete documentation: service plans, assessments, progress notes, and summaries.
• Collaborate with referral sources, probation, and other treatment team members.
• Follow DHS 245G regulations and safety protocols.
