Qualifications

• Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor with active Minnesota license (LADC) or ADC-T.
• Experience counseling individuals with substance use disorders.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group and individual therapy for patients with addiction.
• Conduct intakes and assessments to guide treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate, compliant records per 245G and 1115 Waiver requirements.
• Participate in clinical consultations and staff meetings to ensure continuity of care.
