Job summary

Becklar, LLC in Nova Scotia, Canada is hiring an alarm monitoring operator to respond to signals, dispatch authorities when needed, and document actions in our systems. You will work in a fast-paced environment and support our mission to protect people and property.

The role requires a high school diploma, reliability, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Prior customer service experience is preferred, and a background check will be conducted.

What you'll do

What We're Looking for?

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Calm ,reliable, and professional in a fast-paced environment with high-pressure situations willing to work weekends and holidays
• Must able to pass a background check
• Able to pass two week training class
• Experience in customer service is preferred
• Must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work.
