What We're Looking for?

• 1+ year of customer service experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail is a must
• Must be able to type, write, and speak English
• Must be able to use technology efficiently for an extended amount of time
• Minimum of 16 working hours per week
• Preferred Experience (but not required) 1 Year of phone customer service
• Preferred Experience (but not required) 1 Year of security experience
• Bilingual is a plus
