Job summary

Becklar, LLC in Canada is seeking a calm, reliable dispatcher to respond quickly to alarm signals, coordinate with authorities, and document each action in our systems. This role requires weekend and holiday availability and offers paid training to start.

Two weeks of hands-on training are provided, with guaranteed hours and opportunities for career growth in a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on safety and service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and respond to alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally in stressful situations.
• Dispatch the proper authorities, verify that help is on the way.
• Document all responses accurately for the signals.
• Learn and utilize multiple software systems efficiently.
• Participate in training and development for professional growth.

What We're Looking for?

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Calm ,reliable, and professional in a fast-paced environment with high-pressure situations willing to work weekends and holidays
• Must able to pass a background check
• Able to pass two week training class
• Experience in customer service is preferred
• Must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work.
