Allied Universal, a leading security services provider, seeks a part-time Enhanced Security Officer with Alarm Dispatch capabilities at Merrimack, NH. The role offers fixed shifts and opportunities to pick up additional hours through the Earn More program, with pay rate at $29.67 per hour.

Qualifications

• Possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen will be conducted where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by performing security procedures and emergency responses as needed.
• Monitor communications, receive service requests, and dispatch appropriate personnel per site procedures.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident records, and activity reports; relay information to supervisors and responding personnel.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner and coordinate notifications and support as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to identify and report unusual conditions.
