Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer with active DoD Secret clearance for a CHELMSFORD, MA site. You will perform protective duties, monitor access, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining detailed logs.

The role offers flexible scheduling via our Claim a Shift platform. A DoD clearance, legal eligibility, and background checks are required; a driver’s license is needed for driving positions.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Background investigation per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies, and response activities at aerospace/defense site.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials, report unusual activity or policy violations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols, document observations, report maintenance or security concerns.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports per site procedures.
