Qualifications

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a site.
• Conduct fixed and random patrols to deter unauthorized access.
• Verify credentials at access points and document activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify site contacts or responders.
• Prepare clear patrol and incident reports per site requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter boundaries to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as required.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security‑related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
