Job summary

Becklar, LLC in Rexburg, Idaho, is seeking a part-time alarm-response associate. Work 16–29 hours/week with starting pay $14.50/hour, rising to $15.00/hour after 90 days. Graves tier offers $15.50–$16.00 after 90 days. In-person training starts Nov 9, 8 am–12 pm, Monday–Friday for 2 weeks.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
• Must be available for Day/Early morning shifts and one weekend day weekly.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Process alarm signals quickly and professionally in stressful situations.
• Dispatch authorities to subscribers' locations in emergencies.
• Assist alarm company partners with alarm system tests.
• Document all responses accurately in the system.
• Learn new software and participate in ongoing training.
