Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available to work day/early morning shifts.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Process alarm signals quickly and accurately.
• Dispatch authorities to emergency locations.
• Document all responses for alarms on the computer.
• Engage in ongoing training for professional growth.

Skills

Customer service experience

Typing speed of at least 40 wpm

Education

High school diploma or GED
