Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking a Manager-on-Duty to direct supervisory staff within the assigned area, oversee staffing, and address discipline with the goal of delivering top-tier service and safety. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, adherence to standards, and coordination with upper management.

You will ensure site security plans are understood and followed, issue IDs, and oversee fair treatment of employees, customers, vendors, and third parties in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Two to five years management/supervisory experience in field service.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Airline pricing experience.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and days off.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisory personnel within assigned area and monitor staffing.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through daily feedback and action.
• Read and implement site security plan and TSA requirements.
• Maintain audit compliance and fair treatment of staff and customers.
