Unifi Aviation, LLC in Orange County, CA is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Agent (Breeze) to be the first line of contact for customers. You will be friendly, approachable, and dedicated to delivering first-class service daily.

Responsibilities include assisting passengers with baggage, resolving delays or damaged items, using computer systems to track luggage, and handling interactions professionally while meeting security and accessibility requirements.

Formación

• Local resident in-state.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid In-State Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
• Ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
• Must be able to carry/heavy items up and down jetway stairs.

Responsabilidades

• Assists passengers with their baggage pick-up.
• Assists passengers to resolve issues with their delayed, lost, or damaged items.
• Utilizes computer software to track and catalog luggage.
• Handles customer interaction with class in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities for this position.
• Must be able to lift/carry / push/pull and move items of 70 pounds and/or more regularly and repetitively.
