Job summary

You will greet travelers, rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and help ensure accurate passenger data and on-time flight releases. The role requires comfort with computers and mobile devices, ability to lift baggage up to 70 lbs, and flexibility to work day or night shifts, including holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must acquire and maintain credentials including fingerprint clearance and background check.
• Pre-employment steps may include drug screen, hearing and vision checks.
• Available to work any shift, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must read, write, and understand English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and assist with check-in and ticketing.
• Use reservation software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Ensure passenger information is accurate and flights are on time.
• Handle passenger issues per policy during interruptions.
• Assist with baggage tracking and passenger inquiries as needed.
• Operate computers and mobile devices; adapt to new technologies.
