All Above Wing Customer Service Agents must successfully complete training for both United Express (UAX) and Delta operations. The complete training program includes computer‑based instruction, classroom training, and on‑the‑job training (OJT) and is expected to last approximately four months.
Although this is a part‑time position, the training period will require full‑time hours. Training days and hours may vary based on course schedules and operational needs. Full attendance, punctuality, and successful completion of all required training are conditions of continued employment. Scheduled dates and times are subject to change.
