Job summary

Synthires seeks detail-oriented Generalists to benchmark and improve AI models. You will craft research questions, answers, and evaluation materials using your expertise, spanning STEM and non-STEM fields. Postgraduate students may apply.

Commitment: 10–20 hours per week. Compensation ranges per hour, with 40–80 USD hourly. Ideal candidates are currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, have strong online research and communication skills, and own a Mac with macOS

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Master’s or bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years relevant experience.
• Strong online research, reasoning, and communication skills.
• Excellent written communication and information-summarization abilities.
• Must own a MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor.
• Must be running macOS 15 or higher.

Responsibilities
