Job summary

Synthires is seeking a Generalist for a remote, part-time contract. You will contribute to benchmarking and evaluating AI models by crafting research questions, answers, and evaluation materials, roughly 10–20 hours per week.

The role welcomes candidates from STEM and non-STEM backgrounds, including postgraduate students. A Mac computer and macOS 15+ are required, and the compensation is $40–$80 per hour.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Master’s degree, or bachelor’s from a prestigious institution with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong online research, reasoning, and communication skills.
• Excellent written communication and information-summarization abilities.
• Must own a MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor; macOS 15 or higher.
• Interdisciplinary background is a plus.
