Job summary

Synthires seeks detail-oriented Generalists to help benchmark and improve AI models. You will create research questions, answers, and evaluation materials using your academic or professional expertise, with 10–20 hours per week commitment.

Open to individuals from STEM and non-STEM fields and postgraduate students. Compensation ranges from $40–$80 per hour, with macOS/mac hardware requirements and flexibility in schedule.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Master’s or Bachelor’s with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong online research, reasoning, and communication skills.
• Excellent written communication and information-summarization abilities.
• Must own a MacBook or Mac with Apple M-series or Intel processor.
• Must be running macOS 15 or higher.
