Job summary

Synthires is seeking detail-oriented Generalists to help benchmark and improve advanced AI models. You will create research questions, answers, and evaluation materials using your academic or professional expertise.

This opportunity welcomes candidates with experience across STEM and non-STEM fields, including postgraduate students. Compensation is hourly for a flexible 10–20 hour weekly commitment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree, or a bachelor's degree from a prestigious institution with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong online research, reasoning, and communication skills.
• Excellent written communication and information-summarization abilities.
• Must own a MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor.
• Must be running macOS 15 or higher.
