Synthires in New York City is seeking detail-oriented Generalists to help benchmark and improve advanced AI models. You will create research questions, answers, and evaluation materials using your academic or professional expertise.

This opportunity is open to individuals with experience across STEM and non-STEM fields, as well as postgraduate students. Earn $40–$80 per hour for approximately 10–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree, or a bachelor's degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong online research, reasoning, and communication skills.
• Excellent written communication and information-summarization abilities.
• Must own a MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor.
• Must be running macOS 15 or higher.
