Job summary

Kaufman Dolowich LLP seeks a motivated, part-time AI support assistant to help advance the firm's AI initiatives. You will work directly with leadership on Copilot adoption, AI agent workflows, and governance considerations while learning legal‑tech workflows.

Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates with a passion for AI, basic Office 365 skills, and strong written communication. Flexible hours and potential hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in AI/LLMs and willingness to learn.
• Strong written communication and ability to draft clear instructions.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office/365.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Curiosity and initiative to explore new tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support adoption and training for Microsoft 365 Copilot across 400+ firm users.
• Build, test, and document AI agent workflows and prompts across platforms (Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Automate).
• Research new AI tools/vendors relevant to legal services and compare LLM providers.
• Develop proofs of concept and pilot AI solutions for attorneys and staff.
• Assist with Retrival-Augmented Generation approaches using internal knowledge sources.
• Document processes and create simple end-user guides.
