Job summary

Homage Senior Services in Snohomish County seeks an ADRN Specialist to connect older adults and disabled adults with community resources. The role involves answering calls, client meetings, and referrals, helping navigate services and benefits, and documenting outcomes.

Candidates should have two years of direct human services experience and strong English communication skills. A valid WA driver’s license is required; proficiency with Microsoft Office and public presentations is expected.

• Two years paid experience providing direct human services.
• Ability to problem-solve and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized, self-motivated, strive for excellence, critical thinking.
• Excellent customer service and ability to relate to diverse populations.
• Empathy for older adults, people with disabilities, and their informal caregivers.
• Ability to communicate, read, and write proficiently in English.
• Washington state Driver’s License and current auto insurance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed information by phone on services, programs and benefits.
• Screen and assess needs for older adults and people with disabilities.
• Assist callers to obtain services and benefits; facilitate referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of client contacts and outcomes.
• Participate in training and conduct presentations about Homage programs.
