Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager in Ohio to oversee before/after school programs, ensuring safety, engagement, and high-quality learning experiences for students across multiple campuses.

The role starts January 2027, with a pay rate of $19.00–$24.00 per hour based on education and experience. You will work a split shift (morning and afternoon) with up to about 24.17 hours per week and travel to district schools as needed.

Qualifications

• Meet Ohio licensing requirements for school-age child care.
• Pass background checks and maintain DCY compliance.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• First Aid & CPR certified or able to obtain.
• Obtain Medical Statement with TB and MMR status as required by DCY.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and joy by coaching staff and upholding policies.
• Report and support safety protocols for participants.
• Engage with families, clients, peers, and children; respond to inquiries.
• Maintain attendance records and check-in/out procedures per policy.
• Deliver daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
