Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager in Pennsylvania to lead before/after school programs. You will oversee safety, daily operations, and staff coaching while maintaining strong communication with families and partners.

The role focuses on delivering engaging activities and compliant program practices in a school setting. The ideal candidate will manage multiple priorities, possess a background in education, and be comfortable working with children with varying needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with managing competing priorities and delivering quality service to all stakeholders
• High school diploma or GED completed
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs
• Coursework or training in child development and/or related field
• Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children
• Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and joy standards, coach staff, and maintain attendance protocols and policies
• Communicate effectively with families, client partners, peers, and children; respond to inquiries during program hours
• Support area manager and assist in implementing program goals and changes
• Maintain accurate daily records for student check-ins and check-outs
• Develop and deliver daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe environment
