Job summary
Right At School in Georgia is seeking an Educator to support our before- and after-school programs. You will plan daily activities, guide students, maintain a safe, engaging environment, and model positive behavior to inspire a love of learning.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience with children under 13, strong customer service, teamwork, the ability to lift 25 lbs, and the flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities
- Plan daily activities and curriculum aligned with program objectives.
- Organize and lead structured activities, fitness, and learning experiences.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance.
- Monitor safety, attendance, incidents, and report as needed.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
