Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator in Loganville, GA to support after-school programs for children up to 13. You will organize activities, lead daily curriculum, and help create a safe, engaging environment.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, teamwork, at least 1 year of child experience, ability to lift 25 lbs, and a passion for inspiring learning. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM–6:00 PM, up to 16.25 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age preferred.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals, updates, progress, encourage collaboration, and team accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: prepare activities and curriculum aligned with program objectives.
• Leading by Example: maintain a safe and nurturing environment and meet program goals.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor environment, address hazards, and document attendance/incidents.
• Communication: effective communication with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
