Job summary

Arc Experience seeks a Program Leader to join our after-school team serving Southern California communities from Los Angeles to San Diego.

You will lead arts, academics, and enrichment activities, support social-emotional learning, and ensure a safe, fun environment for students after school. This part-time, non-exempt role reports to the Site Coordinator and requires reliable weekday availability 2pm–6pm.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in after-school programs or youth recreation.
• Strong communication skills with kids and parents.
• College transcripts showing 48+ credits or pass academic proficiency exam.
• TB test and Live Scan background check required.
• English-Spanish bilingual candidates stand out.

Responsibilities

• Guide students through social-emotional learning, homework help, enrichment activities, and new adventures daily.
• Create and lead engaging activities and clubs.
• Maintain a safe environment by following safety protocols.
• Assist with daily supervision and communication with families.
