Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) at the Stephanie Tubbs Jones Club in eastside Cleveland. This part-time role typically runs 2 pm to 6 pm, about 20 hours per week, with a starting pay rate of $17 per hour.

You will plan and implement engaging activities, promote participation, assist with membership recruitment, and work as a team to foster a safe, fun learning environment for local youth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Must be 18+ years old with a High School Diploma.
