Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) for the Steven Dohanos Club in Lorain, Ohio. Join a supervised, fun and safe environment to plan and implement activities, promote participation, and assist with membership recruitment.

Positions are part-time, Monday–Friday, approx 2 pm–6 pm (20 hours/week). Starting pay is $17 per hour. Paid holidays and PTO, paid training, and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma.

Responsibilities
