Job summary

Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio in Cleveland, OH is hiring Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) to support after-school programming at the St Luke's Club / Eastside Cleveland location.

YDPs will plan activities, encourage participation, and assist with membership recruitment. Candidates should have at least 1 year working with youth, be 18+, and pass background and drug testing requirements. This is a part-time role with a 2pm–6pm schedule and $17/hour pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement appropriate program activities for youth.
• Promote program participation and engage members.
• Assist with membership recruitment and provide role model guidance.
