Job summary

Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is seeking Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) for the Westwood Club in Elyria, Ohio to support after-school programming and create a safe, engaging environment for youth.

We require at least 1 year of youth experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test. The role is part-time with a 2 pm–6 pm schedule (20 hours/week) and starting pay of $17/hour, plus paid holidays and PTO and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma.
