Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio in Elyria, OH is hiring Part-time Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) at the Westwood Club. Duties include planning and implementing engaging program activities, promoting participation, and assisting with membership recruitment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of youth experience, are 18+, and can pass a background check and drug test. Starting pay is $17 per hour with a 20-hour weekly schedule (2 pm–6 pm) and a supportive, positive work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
