Right At School in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Substitute Educator to support local school districts in before- and after-school programs, delivering engaging activities and safe supervision for children.

You will organize daily activities aligned with program goals, lead routines, communicate with parents and school staff, and foster a love of learning while maintaining a healthy, safe environment across sites.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily program meetings: review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss progress, teamwork accountability.
• Organize and lead daily activities aligned with objectives; include structured fitness and curriculum.
• Lead by example with a safe, nurturing environment and positive guidance.
• Prioritize safety and Joy: monitor hazards, follow safety protocols, document attendance and incidents.
