Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred with related education.
• CA licensing requires 12 ECE units as part of qualifications.
• At least 1 year of professional child care or school-aged program experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement curriculum within guidelines and prepare supplies.
• Lead and supervise Assistant Teachers/Teacher’s Aides as needed.
• Promote YMCA values and provide a quality program experience to children and families.
• Maintain program records and communicate with parents about development.
