• CA licensing qualifications including 12 ECE units.
• 1 year of experience in a professional child care or school-aged program.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement curriculum within established guidelines.
• Lead and coordinate with staff to ensure program quality.
• Provide guidance to Assistant Teachers and Aides as needed.
• Engage with families to discuss child development and conferences.
• Maintain health, safety, and licensing standards at all times.
