Qualifications

• Experience as a coordinator or related role.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech savvy with Google Docs, Sheets, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• The Site Coordinator is responsible for the facility during the after school program.
• Assist the Program Director with planning activities and other programs within their building.
• Help provide a safe environment within their building.
• Mentor and lead young children.
• Instruct students during physical activities.
• Attend all required training and meetings.
• Inventory supplies and equipment.
• Submit all state and federal reports on a timely manner.
• Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda within their building.
• Create a positive relationship with students and staff.
• Maintain records and proper paperwork.
