Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required, college preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent record in previous employment.
• State and local employment requirements: police and DCS background check, Bloodborne Pathogens training.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with money handling and record-keeping a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the program to provide a balanced offering of activities and learning experiences for students.
• Ensure activities are pre-planned and implemented with enthusiasm.
• Monitor staff and volunteers for safety and quality of service.
• Recruit students and families; promote Safe Harbor in the community.
• Maintain communication with partners, schools, and families.
• Prepare and submit required reports and attendance records.
