Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead before/after school programs across district sites. The role focuses on safety, engagement, and quality experiences for children, with a home base location and travel to different schools.

The position requires Ohio licensing readiness, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while coaching staff and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ohio licensing requirements with DCY credentials or equivalents.
• Experience working with children and managing competing priorities.
• Coursework in child development or related field.
• Willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.
• Identify and submit proof of MMR.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and joy standards across sites with staff coaching.
• Ensure safety protocols and attendance policies are followed.
• Maintain clear communication with families, partners, and Area Manager.
• Manage daily activities and curriculum within program hours.
• Keep documentation up to date for attendance and licensing.
