Right At School is seeking a Program Manager in Bryn Mawr, PA to oversee before/after school programs. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, and coach teams to deliver high-quality learning activities for children.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: Exhibit role model qualities ensuring safety and joy standards, maintain attendance protocols, and coaching staff to ensure tasks are completed.
• Effective Communication: Engage families, partners, peers, and children; respond promptly to inquiries.
• Safety Assurance: Support and report on safety protocols for participant well-being.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain records for student check-ins and check-outs per policy.
• Daily Routine: Implement activities and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.

Education

BA or BS in early childhood, child development, special ed, elementary ed or the human services field + 1 year experience

BA or BS degree including 30 hrs in early childhood, child development, special ed, elementary ed or the human services field +2 years experience

AD in early childhood, child development, special ed, elementary ed or the human services field + 3 years of experience

AD including 30 hrs in early childhood, child development, special ed, elementary ed or human services field +4 years of experience
